Excellent stay near Fisherman's Wharf
hotel vibe market snacks lawn games laundry facilities
The hotel had a great vibe, also its lobby had a market for quick snacks. The location was great, it made it easy to explore Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. The courtyard featured fire pits and lawn games that kept my children occupied, so I could relax. I liked that laundry facilities was available for free, it was a good perk.
The air conditioning was so loud, I turned it off at night.

The staff helped us get checked in as soon as our room was ready. They were very friendly and helpful. They offered suggestions for local activities and helped us with everything we needed. The employees seemed to love working here.

spacious room clean bathroom helpful staff large tv
the room was spacious i loved the clean bathroom with all its features. the staff was helpful they gave excellent advice about local spots. early check-in added so much ease i really appreciated this amenity. the large tv was a cozy touch for evenings spent inside.
the valet parking felt slightly overpriced considering other local options i noticed it was a bit more than expected.

the hotel is a short walk to fisherman's wharf a prime spot for exploring local attractions i really enjoyed this proximity. many restaurants are nearby providing easy access for delicious meals this made dinners effortless and enjoyable.

clean room convenient location friendly staff
i found the room spacious and clean (it really exceeded my expectations!). the location proved convenient with many attractions within walking distance. the staff was also very friendly and always ready to assist with directions.
the valet parking fee felt a bit steep.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is helpful, always providing useful advice and travel tips. Each floor offers still and sparkling water refill stations, a lovely touch. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, a home away from home. The free laundry facilities were a massive bonus. Detergent and drying sheets were available.
The parking fee was quite expensive. I think it could be reduced.

Many popular attractions are very close to this location. I noticed lots of places nearby to eat at, and the area felt safe for walking. Fisherman's Wharf is within walking distance, awesome for easy access to seafood restaurants.

While there is no full restaurant, complimentary coffee and tea are available. Mini muffins and biscuits were offered in the morning. The hotel is near many decent restaurants, like the Blue Elephant, a Thai cuisine restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!!

clean room ample space coffee machine
the rooms were super clean and had so much space. i liked the coffee machine. having free laundry on site was really great. i found location very good.
the walls are very thin! i hear everything from the next room. it was hard to sleep well.
